These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Connect ("Game"), developed and published by Bohdan Shpytko under the name AGS (Achievement Game Studio).By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Connect you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Game.
1. About the Game
Connect is a free-to-play mobile game. The Game is currently available on Android through Google Play. Additional platforms, including iOS, may be supported in the future. Avoid It is intended to be available internationally and is not intentionally restricted to a particular country or region, subject to the availability and policies of the relevant platform and third-party services.
2. Eligibility
Connect does not impose a specific minimum age requirement. However, your use of the Game may be subject to age requirements, restrictions, and terms imposed by Google Play, Google Play Games, advertising providers, your device, or applicable law. If you are a minor, you should use the Game with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Avoid It for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by applicable law; use cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, hacks, or unauthorized modifications;
manipulate leaderboards, achievements, scores, or other Game features;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related services;
interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Game;
use the Game for unlawful purposes.
4. Google Play Games Services
Connect may use Google Play Games Services to provide features including:
- Google account
- authentication;
- leaderboards;
- achievements.
Use of these features may require a Google account and is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google Play Games Services are operated by Google and are separate from AGS.
5. Advertising
Connect is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. The Game may display banner advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. A rewarded advertisement may provide an in-game benefit, such as one additional life for a limited period of five minutes. Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional and is not required to play the basic Game. Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising providers and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. In-App Purchases
Connect currently does not offer in-app purchases. No payment is required to download or play the Game. We may introduce additional features or monetization methods in the future. If this occurs, these Terms may be updated.
7. Scores, Achievements, and Game Progress
Connect may use Google Play Games Services to store or display scores, achievements, and leaderboard information. We do not guarantee that scores, achievements, leaderboard entries, game progress, or other Game data will always be preserved or available. Data may be lost because of technical failures, device changes, application removal, service interruptions, platform changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Game or particular features. We may change gameplay mechanics, features, advertising, or other aspects of the Game without prior notice.
9. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Avoid It available and functional. However, we do not guarantee that the Game or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Game may become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party service outages, platform restrictions, or other circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
Avoid It and its original content, including software, graphics, interface, design, sounds, music, text, logos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Bohdan Shpytko / AGS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you. The name "Connect" and the AGS branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests an official affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.
11. Third-Party Services
The Game may rely on third-party services, including Google Play Games Services and advertising services. These services are operated independently from AGS and may have their own terms, privacy policies, requirements, and availability. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, content, or policies of third-party services.
12. Privacy
Your use of Avoid It may involve the processing of information by AGS and by third-party services used by the Game. For information about how information is handled, please refer to the Connect Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bohdan Shpytko / AGS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of Connect. This may include, where legally permitted, loss of game progress, scores, achievements, data, or access to Game features. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using Connect at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device. We may restrict or terminate access to certain Game features where reasonably necessary to protect the Game, its users, its services, or to address violations of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available online. Your continued use of Connect after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available to you under the laws applicable to you.
